The MPR Alvarado Base Plate, Fully Welded Zero-Screw Design is an orthopedic positioning platform engineered for use within the MPR Alvarado Knee Positioner System family. The base plate incorporates welded slotted hooks that securely accommodate compatible composite boots, aluminum boots, and ball joint boot assemblies used during knee procedures.

Unlike conventional base plates that utilize screws and multi-piece assemblies, the MPR Alvarado Base Plate, Fully Welded Zero-Screw Design features a continuous-weld construction that eliminates gaps between the slotted hooks and base plate surface. This design helps reduce areas where biological material can accumulate, supporting more efficient cleaning and sterilization workflows for sterile processing departments and operating room staff. The base plate is compatible with multiple MPR Alvarado system configurations and serves as a key component in several MPR knee positioning systems used in orthopedic surgical environments.

Base plate with slotted hooks that hold composite boot (1320-015F), standard aluminum boot (1320-010), or Ball Joint Block and Ball Joint Boot combination (1320-BJB and MPR-BJBT).
