Improved version of a classic femoral retractor/elevator, solid Radel® handle construction, and an extra 1 1/2″ extended handle.  Sometimes called Mueller or Mueller-type retractor.  Features include:

• Solid Radel handle for improved clean-ability
• Stainless steel striking plate on handle end
• Stainless steel blade
• Overall length: 15″ (38.1cm)
  
• Handle length: 7 1/4″ (18.42cm) (including 1/4″ (6.35mm) Strike Cap)
• Blade width at widest: 1 1/8″ (2.86cm)
• 1 1/2″ (2.54cm) longer handle than the MPR-217610000
• Compared to other manufacturers, the handle hole has been removed for easier cleaning.

Compared with other materials that are used on handle for surgical instruments, Radel® is engineered for harsh environments, and can be cleaned, disinfected and steam sterilized over 1,000 cycles without significant loss of properties.
