Description

The Luque Spine Cerclage Wire/Loop – Closed Loop is a stainless steel spinal fixation wire designed for use in spinal stabilization and revision procedures. This closed-loop wire is primarily indicated for double wiring techniques, where maximum fixation security is required. The wire is passed sublaminarily and then cut to create two individual wires, allowing bilateral fixation on both sides of the spinous process.

Closed-loop wires are commonly used when maximum stability is required, while open-loop versions are often preferred for single-wire techniques. Cerclage wires are also widely utilized in orthopedic trauma procedures requiring secure fixation.
