The MPR Captain Hook Wire Twister provides fast, reliable twisting of orthopedic wires for spinal, trauma, and cerclage procedures, and is also commonly used with cerclage wires in trauma and cardiovascular applications such as sternotomy. Its freely rotating stainless‑steel hook paired with a rugged Radel® handle ensures smooth, consistent wire twisting and exceptional durability through repeated sterilization. The ergonomic handle offers secure, comfortable control, making it ideal for use with Luque wires, cerclage wires, and single wires with eyelets.

Our twister’s Radel® construction has been tested to withstand more than 1,000 cleaning cycles while maintaining its performance, far exceeding competing options rated for only 20 sterilization cycles.
