Description

Used for removing femoral stem with modular head during revision or extraction procedures. Once head has been removed, extractor attaches to the tapered trunion of the stem via the serrated jaws. Extractor’s T-handle is used to clamp instrument to stem. Instrument designed to stay in line with long axis of the implant in order to provide optimal force for component extraction. Femoral Extractor Slap Hammer (MPR950) may be attached to apply extra extraction force to stem.
