The MPR Orthopedics Closed Case Cart are purpose‑built for the demanding requirements of perioperative and sterile processing workflows. Designed with direct input from OR and Central Sterile teams, these carts support reliable, sanitary transport of surgical instruments, reduce contamination risks, and withstand the high‑temperature, high‑humidity conditions of modern cart washers.

• Material: Heavy‑gauge stainless steel for surgical use and high‑temperature cart washers.

• Construction: Welded, hospital‑grade frame for continuous use.

• Design: Low‑profile handle for maneuverability; smooth interior walls for quick cleaning and drying.

• Shelving: Solid stainless steel; adjustable in 3‑inch increments; models include 1 or 2 shelves (by height).

• Casters: Four 6‑inch high‑temperature casters, including one directional‑lock and one total‑lock (brake + swivel) for easy control.

• Door System: Stainless steel hold‑open catch for safe loading and efficient cleaning.
