MPR Bilateral Kit for McGuire-Type Leg Holder

Description

Kit to transform a standard McGuire-type leg holder into a bilateral model. Also works to retrofit a standard Acufex 012300 Leg Holder to create a bilateral model.  Kit includes double-fin plate for center placement and additional rail bracket with pop-up screw. Fins feature Velcro for pad attachment.

Note that the bilateral leg holder requires a total of four pads (not included).
