Acromial Retractors, sometimes called Darrach Retractors, Hawkins Retractors or Elevators, are designed to retract the humeral head distally for acromioplasties, as well as release tissue between the supraspinatus and deltoid during dissection as indicated in rotator cuff surgery. Made in USA.
