Description

The MPR Jobe Shoulder Instrument Set, Glenoid Labrum Exposure System was developed from the surgical concepts of Frank W. Jobe, M.D. and is intended to improve access and visualization within the confined anatomy of the glenohumeral joint. The comprehensive set includes retractors, awls, and specialized shoulder instruments commonly used during open shoulder stabilization and reconstructive procedures.

Surgeons performing Bankart repairs, Bristow procedures, capsulolabral reconstructions, and related shoulder techniques can utilize the instrument set to assist with tissue retraction, glenoid exposure, and suture hole preparation. The set contains dedicated retractors for the glenoid neck, humeral head, deltoid, conjoined tendon, and subscapularis, providing a coordinated instrumentation system for open shoulder surgery. Select instruments, including the 90° Awl, 110° Awl, and Conjoined Tendon Retractor, feature upgraded silicone handles that enhance grip and instrument control during procedures. The complete set is supplied in an instrument case and manufactured in the USA.
