The system provides stable limb support while allowing controlled varus and valgus manipulation during procedures. For diagnostic arthroscopy, surgeons can achieve one-handed control of joint opening without requiring an assistant. During surgical arthroscopy, an assistant can conveniently control flexion angles and medial or lateral opening from the patient’s foot position.

Its compact, low-profile design simplifies sterile draping and allows rapid removal for arthrotomy without disrupting the sterile field. The system accommodates a wide range of limb sizes and attaches quickly to standard operating room tables for efficient setup. The MPR V Leg Holder, Arthroscopy Limb Stabilization System requires the MPR Clark Socket (MPR-CS) for use and is compatible with the MPR-5501 Reusable Leg Holder Pad Insert, MPR-5502 Single-Use Leg Holder Pad Insert, and MPR-5503 Spray-Coated Reusable Leg Holder Pad Insert.
