Description

Used for shoulder positioning during arthroscopic procedures and for shoulder traction. Originally designed by Dr. Richard B. Caspari.

 

– Two-post design provides highly stable configuration

– Two hand cranks for enhanced adjust-ability

– Lower crank is used to make adjustments for abduction/adduction

– Upper crank is used to make adjustments for flexion/extension

– Sometimes called the Cadillac

– Two base posts mount into standard Clark sockets on side rails of OR table (sockets not included)

– Convenient storage option for Clark sockets (shown below)

– Attaches to included rolling cart (MPR-3130-C) for easy mobility, safety, stability and storage.

– Improved MPR-3130-C features slim line design for easier storage, and maneuverability.

– Important: Depress button on lower crank fully to avoid damage to gears.

 

For optimal performance, pair with MPR Traction Hook and Rope. Fully compatible with our distractor devices.

FOB Destination via United Parcel Service, ground only. Emergency, expedite and other orders requiring special handling will be FOB origin.

Return Goods Policy

The customer should notify their MPR salesperson immediately if product received is not what was ordered. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number will be issued and instructions given to return incorrect shipment.

  • Full credit for shipment, if return is due to our error, and product is returned within 30 days

If a customer ordered product(s) in error or does not want to keep the product(s) ordered, the customer should notify their MPR salesperson of the intended return. The customer will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and receive instructions on how to return the product(s). The following restocking percent will be assessed:

  • Returns within 30 days of delivery 15%
  • Returns 31 to 60 days of delivery 20%

 

– Credit for sterile packaged products, only if returned in the original, unopened, undamaged shelf package
– Products that are damaged or custom made cannot be returned
– Products that are a special order cannot be returned
